MagNA Pure 24 and 96 Nucleic Acid Extraction Systems
MagNA Pure 24 and 96 Systems are built on 20 years of legacy in the automated nucleic acid extraction market. Systems are GMP-manufactured and IVD-compliant. As part of our efforts to provide integrated solutions across the entire NGS sample prep workflow, selected MagNA Pure methods are being optimized for DNA yield and quality, and qualified in direct and targeted sequencing applications employing blood, plasma, fresh/frozen and FFPE tissue samples.
HyperCap Workflow and Products
SeqCap target enrichment technology is now fully integrated with KAPA HyperPrep and KAPA HyperPlus library preparation kits; to provide flexible, high-performance and streamlined protocols for hybridization-based targeted sequencing from a wide range of inputs and sample types. Building on existing improvements to reduce user intervention and enable end-to-end automation, the HyperCap Workflow 2.0 makes hybridization setup really easy through the introduction of Roche Universal Blocking Oligos (UBOs). Higher throughput is supported with KAPA Dual-Indexed Adapters, and reagent kits have been optimized to simplify pricing and ordering for both pre- and post-capture multiplexing strategies.
