Cell-Free DNA Collection Tube

Available for Research Use Only (RUO) and In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) Use

Overview

During necrosis or apoptosis, both normal and tumor cells release DNA fragments into the bloodstream. The Cell-Free DNA Collection Tube is a direct-draw tube for the collection, stabilisation and transportation of whole blood specimens, and for preservation of nucleated cells to enable analysis of cell-free DNA.

Benefits

Specimen Stability

  • Proprietary solution prevents cell lysis to enable greater detection of cfDNA.
  • K3EDTA prevents blood coagulation.

Safety and Durability

  • Manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001 and EN ISO 13485.
  • Made from safe, durable polyethylene terephthalate (PET), which minimises costly glass breakage during transport and specimen centrifugation.

Proven and Reliable

  • Over 150,000 tubes used in cell-free DNA applications by laboratories worldwide
  • Supported by Roche’s best-in-class service and large distribution network
