*Симптомы острого гепатита, повышенный уровень трансаминаз, необъяснимые обострения хронического заболевания печени (например, желтуха, усталость, боли в животе, потеря аппетита, тошнота, рвота, темная моча, бледный стул, необъяснимая потеря веса), подозрение на лекарственное поражение печени, определенные неврологические симптомы (невралгическая амиотрофия, синдром Гийена-Барре, энцефалит)
