MagNA Pure 96 Kits are prefilled and ready-to-use reagent trays that can be easily loaded, ensuring ease of use and safety. Kits and consumables are barcoded and read by the MagNA Pure onboard scanner for inventory check, loading errors, and process documentation.

MagNA Pure 96 Software includes an intuitive graphical user interface, providing all instructions to operate the system, such as sample loading to run start. The software detects loading errors and provides information to the user for the appropriate corrective action.

MagNA Pure 96 System protocols

The MagNA Pure 96 System protocols are available for download from the table below (note: not available for download in the US).

Applications are very flexible, due to a diversity of software purification protocols using barcoded, prefilled trays with ready-to-use reagents.

MagNA Pure 96 kits are designed profiting from our more than ten year expertise in magnetic glass particle technology. We have streamlined the purification process to a very small number of reagents, consumables and steps.

Optimized preprogrammed purification protocols ensure routine sample handling and high quality, reproducible nucleic acid yields. Choose the appropriate purification protocol for your sample material and target nucleic acid.
