We understand that issues can arise at any hour, which is why we have experts on hand 24/7 to enable your laboratory to work around the clock. This covers both instruments and digital solutions provided by Roche and our third party partners.
You can request support from our Technical Services team at any time using the navify® Portal Online Support eService or our direct-to-expert telephone support.
Our remote connectivity allows us to proactively monitor your Roche instruments from afar. This means we are notified of any concerns and can respond before they become problematic.
If an issue does occur, our intelligent digital tools allow us to understand the problem and walk you through guided troubleshooting. If an engineer is still required onsite, they arrive more prepared which means they can resolve the issue faster and you benefit from increased uptime in the laboratory.
If you have a Roche Managed Service, our technical services cover both the Roche and third party instruments included within your contract, ensuring a reliable and responsive service. This includes both preventative maintenance and repair servicing.
