Lisa van der Vorm completed her PhD at the Maastricht University Medical Center focused on the development and application of novel assays in the field of thrombosis and haemostasis. During her residency in clinical chemistry at the Amsterdam UMC she coordinated the validation/verification of several new analysers, a.o. a digital cell imaging analyser, ADAMTS13 analyser, osmometer, FT IR spectroscopy for kidney stone analysis and a novel flow cytometric platelet function test.
