The KAPA EvoPrep Auto reagent kits are designed for library construction from a wide range of sample types and inputs. The
kits are compatible with a variety of sample types, including genomic DNA (gDNA) and Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded Tissue
(FFPET) DNA.
Selected workflow steps can be turned on or off, and every step has customizable parameters (e.g., time, temperature,
polymerase chain reaction (PCR) cycles, bead wash ratios, etc.) to match customer workflow needs. The user-defined workflows
support pre-capture and post- capture pooling options.
Final DNA Libraries can be pooled at 4 nM. The final library pools should be run on an Illumina sequencing platform, such as the
Illumina® NextSeq™, MiSeq™, or NovaSeq™.
