AXELIOS 1 Library Amplification Kit

RUO For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

AXELIOS 1 Library Amplification Kit performs the linear amplification step essential for the SBX-duplex (SBX-D) whole genome sequencing (WGS) workflow. The linear amplification process enhances result confidence by reducing polymerase-induced errors and duplicate artifacts, which minimizes wasted sequencing reads, increases usable data yields, and optimizes overall operational efficiency.1,2 Furthermore, the kit is engineered to be highly versatile and input agnostic, delivering robust performance across a broad dynamic range, with input DNA amounts from 25 ng up to 500 ng for high-quality samples. This compatibility extends across diverse specimen types and qualities—including high-quality genomic DNA (gDNA), cell-free DNA (cfDNA), and low-quality, highly degraded DNA extracted from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue (FFPET) samples.3
