Unprecedented workflow

IHC, ISH, SISH, Dual Stain and FITC slides can be processed simultaneously, improving turnaround times. The fully automated workflow enables processing of 90 slides in 8 hours, or 120 slides with an overnight run.

 

Real-time remote monitoring and technical assistance

The BenchMark ULTRA system is equipped with CareGiver remote monitoring technology, offering 24/7 online support for basic troubleshooting and technical guidance. This provides proactive instrument service and maintenance, helping expedite recovery times to minimize system downtime.

Studies have shown that single piece workflow improves laboratory operational efficiencyand the BenchMark ULTRA system - with its thirty independent slide drawers - helps to optimize laboratory workflow by giving histotechnologists continuous access to slide drawers. Single piece workflow also provides the flexibility to add time-sensitive slides to any available drawer throughout the day without disrupting staining runs in process.
