navify® Portal eService

Track and Trace

The Track and Trace eService enables you to track your orders for products via the Roche eServices page online, without the need to call or email Roche Diagnostics directly.

Key benefits include:

  • View the status of your orders along with courier tracking information
  • Ability to download delivery notes and invoices
  • View all past orders regardless of ordering channel
  • Follow your order every step of the way with status updates from "order processing" to "delivery"
  • Access the system anytime, anywhere, at your convenience

Note: If you also need to be able to order Roche products online, you will also need to enroll in the Online Ordering eService.

Enrolling in Track and Trace

To enroll in Track and Trace, you will need to set up an account on our navify® Portal. If you already have an account, then go to Step 6.  

Much like the apps on a smartphone, each eService on navify® Portal performs a specific function and offers unique benefits to users. This applike functionality makes improving laboratory efficiency more intuitive and manageable. Below are directions to log into navify® Portal or register for a navify® Portal account.

Click the profile button in the top right corner.

  • If you need to create an account, click Register.
  • If you already have an account, click Log In, then skip to Step 6.

Fill out a few pieces of information, and then you will see an Almost There screen.

Our system will send you an email prompting you to finish your account setup.

This email will be sent to the email address you entered during the first registration step.

Once you complete your registration, you will be set up with a navify® account.

Once your account has been created you will be able to Log In.

If you already have an account, click Log In.

Enter the email and password associated with your account and click Log In.

If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password to reset it.

Please note the password qualifications.

Once you are logged in you will be directed to the navify® homepage and will see tiles for eServices.
