Dr. Nybo is Chief Physician at the Department of Clinical Biochemistry at Odense University Hospital, including counseling, research and education. An important part of this is the preanalytical area, including test management, transportation from GP’s and rational diagnostics. He is also President of the Danish Society of Clinical Biochemistry. As Associate Professor, Dr. Nybo is involved in research on biomarkers for cardiovascular diseases, haemostasis and on preanalytical aspects. He is member of the EFLM Working Group Preanalytical Phase and Chairman of the NFKK-based Nordic WG on Preanalytical issues.
