Aleksandra Krstic

Aleksandra Krstic, a graduate pharmacist and medical biochemist, successfully manages the biochemical laboratory at the Poliklinika Human in Niš. Beginning her career at the institution in 2010, she has extensive hands-on experience and expertise in operational management. As Head of the Laboratory, she actively oversees and organizes every phase of laboratory testing. 

Over the course of her 16-year career, she has served as a key contributor to the laboratory's accreditation team, dedicating her focus to the rigorous standardization of the pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical phases. By meticulously selecting high-performance analyzers and reagents, she ensures both daily operational stability and reliable clinical precision. She is deeply committed to continuous professional advancement and upholding the highest quality standards in laboratory practice.
