Henning Schulze-Bergkamen is head of the department of Internal Medicine and director of the Lower Rhine Center for Tumor Diseases at the St. Mary Hospital in Wesel. He is specialized in gastroenterology and medical oncology, with more than 20 years of clinical and scientific experience in gastrointestinal (GI) cancer. He is actively involved in teaching as a professor at the University Clinic of Heidelberg. He is also designated expert for GI oncology of the German Cancer Society.
