Jorge Tello is an engineer who thinks like a doctor, with an MSc in Industrial Engineering. He graduated from ICAI (Comillas Pontifical University, Madrid), and completed his postgraduate in Project Management at the same university. Jorge has been working for over a decade at Naturgy. Firstly as an R&D engineer, participating in the design and execution of several kinds of projects for the company. Afterward, he became team leader, in charge of the development and maintenance of the simulation and training applications for the electricity control center. During that period he also led sectorial discussions in Brussels, regarding European Legislative initiatives. Seven years ago, he founded Savana, alongside Ignacio Hernández and Alberto Giménez, with the aim of accelerating the way medical science is generated in the world, and impacting the lives of millions. Jorge was awarded the Entrepreneur prize of the Asociacion de Ingenieros del ICAI in 2020, and declared by Forbes as one of the 100 most creative Spaniards in Business in 2021.
