Over the course of his 13 years at Roche, Santiago has held several leadership positions across different affiliate, regional, and global levels, driving robust pipeline and commercial results. Santiago is recognized for his strategic vision, collaborative leadership, and passion for advancing diagnostic solutions worldwide. He studied in Ecuador and the United States and holds a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cell Biology from The University of Chicago.
