The kits are compatible with a variety of sample types, including genomic DNA, DNA extracted from whole blood, and DNA extracted using the Roche MagNA Pure 96 System or the MagNA Pure 24 system. Selected workflow steps can be turned on or off, and every step has customizable parameters (e.g. time, temperature, PCR cycles, bead wash ratios, etc.) to match customer workflow needs.
