Intended use The Ethyl Glucuronide III Enzyme Immunoassay is an in vitro diagnostic test intended for the qualitative and semi-quantitative determination of ethyl glucuronide (ETG) in human urine at the cutoff value of 200 ng/mL and 500 ng/mL when calibrated against ethyl glucuronide. The assay is designed for screening with the Roche cobas c 503/303/703 automated clinical chemistry analyzers.The assay provides only a preliminary analytical result. A more specific alternative analytical chemistry method must be used in order to obtain a confirmed analytical result.
