This multiplex assay allows for the simultaneous detection of 10 different fusion variants and the reference in a single reaction. The various fusion variants (major, minor, micro and nano) are distinguished by their respective detection channels. en The assay has been experimentally verified using synthetic templates (IVT RNA).
