VENTANA TROP2 Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody is intended for laboratory use for the qualitative immunohistochemical detection of trophoblast cell-surface antigen receptor 2 (TROP2) protein by light microscopy in sections of formalinfixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) neoplastic tissues stained on a BenchMark IHC/ISH Instrument.
TROP2 (EPR20043) NSCLC algorithm RUO 1.0 operates on whole-slide images (WSI) of FFPE NSCLC tissue sections stained with VENTANA TROP2 (EPR20043) Assay and digitized with a Ventana DP slide scanner using Roche navify® Digital Pathology Image Management System to determine normalized membrane ratio (NMR) of TROP2 staining.
