DNA sequencing can be complex and accessing difficult genomic regions of interest is well difficult. Introducing our upgraded intuitive custom design tool, HyperDesign. Now advanced probe technology lets you create optimal custom designs easily and efficiently. To get started, go to the HyperDesign website and log into your homepage where you can access existing designs and messages. Now click on new design and Follow these five simple steps.

Step one, choose the organism, name your design, and add a short description based on your project.

Step two, if your research has specific needs, select the advanced options that apply to your project, and the tool will direct you to work with one of our expert designers. If none of those apply, simply click next.

Step three, to add your targets, you can upload gene names and bed files. Manually input genomic coordinates or choose from a broad list of commonly used gene identifiers.

Step four, take a moment to fine-tune your inputs, review your targets, and make sure everything looks perfect.

Step five, submit your design for selection and let our advanced algorithm do the work to create your very own custom probe design.

Once probe selection is complete, you will be able to review the coverage results over your target regions. It's that easy. Hyperdesign. Simply designed. Simply unique.
