KAPA HyperPETE Catalog Panels

KAPA HyperPETE Workflow is a novel hybrid-capture technology designed to employ primer extension reactions to specifically capture and release target library molecules for sequencing.

The KAPA HyperPETE Catalog Panels include readily available fixed-design panels for pan-cancer variants (with an MSI module), oncology hotspots, hereditary oncology, lung cancer fusion variants, and newborn screening. These fixed-design panels leverage over a decade of probe-design experience.
