The AXELIOS 1 Platform is engineered to redefine next-generation sequencing (NGS). Powered by sequencing by expansion (SBX) chemistry, the platform combines scalable throughput and exceptional data quality with ultra-fast run times to accelerate the path from sample to data.  Unlike traditional platform architectures that couple synthesis with signal detection, requiring iterative cycles that limit sequencing rates and real-time data analysis, the AXELIOS 1 Platform decouples synthesis from signal measurement. This separation enables uninterrupted, real-time single-molecule sequencing on a specialized sensor array. It also creates a flexible ecosystem, allowing each instrument to operate at peak efficiency, maximizing utilization and delivering faster workflows with near real-time analysis.

Anchoring the platform is the high-density, reusable sensor module engineered to deliver production-scale throughput. The sensor module features millions of pores to provide massive throughput for Xpandomer measurement. With dense complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS)-based architecture, it achieves consistent performance across 20 sequencing runs. The system is thoroughly cleaned after every cycle, ensuring the longevity and reliability of the module’s millions of active pores. This can effectively lower your cost per run and ensure that high-fidelity data quality remains both accessible and efficient for your sequencing demands.
