Roche Children's Walk 2025: Together, we shine for kids everywhere
Creativity, teamwork and generosity
This year’s Roche Children’s Walk in the U.S. was nothing short of extraordinary – a tapestry of creativity, teamwork and generosity that filled hearts and moved mindsets. Across our U.S. sites., our determined employees showed up and gave thoughtfully to support children in need. Let’s take a walk (pun intended) through the unforgettable moments and milestones that proved the collective power of doing good together.
To every colleague at every site who participated in this year’s Walks: take a bow. This success story is yours. Thank you for pouring your time, heart and energy into something so meaningful.
Heart – driven difference across locations
From coast to coast, every location brought something joyous and unique to the table. From fun runs and espresso bars to silent auctions and silly office challenges, you made this year’s Children’s Walk not just impactful but undeniably fun. The camaraderie, laughter and generosity on display made a tangible difference for children both locally and globally, ensuring brighter futures and happier tomorrows.
Together, we’ve proven that when our united Roche family comes together, nothing is impossible. Every site and every act of giving rippled outward to create an undeniable force for good.
Branchburg
A basketful of magic

Branchburg unleashed creativity and community spirit with their dazzling and monetarily successful basket auction, a highlight of their Children’s Walk efforts the past two years. The raffle consisted of themed baskets that raised funds for the AIDS Resource Foundation. This year's efforts didn’t just meet expectations – they soared far beyond them, raising more than double their anticipated goal for 2025.
San Jose
Small but mighty

San Jose proved that size doesn’t matter when heart leads the way. This tight-knit team of less than 100 employees punched far above its weight by delivering a giant impact for the Healthier Kids Foundation. Their clear passion for giving back propelled them to an unforgettable “win” as our most inspiring small site. Bravo, San Jose – you’ve shown us all how mighty small can be.
Santa Clara
Breaking records with big hearts

Santa Clara made jaws drop with their record-breaking year raising funds for the Family Resource Center at the Santa Clara Unified School District ! Fueled by an unstoppable drive to make a difference, this site touched countless children’s lives.

Through decades of trust and care, Indy continues to lead by example, anchoring the spirit of the Children’s Walk with grace and consistency. Thank you for carrying the torch high for the Indy community!
Tucson/Marana
A record-breaking powerhouse

Not to be outdone, Tucson/Marana shattered expectations with their record-breaking fundraising streak for local kids! Year after year, this team shows us all what it means to push boundaries for causes we care about. Their enthusiasm and dedication led to kids receiving much-needed support at Youth On Their Own and United Way’s My Summer Library program This site certainly sets the bar high.
Pleasanton
A triumphant finish

Pleasanton crossed their fundraising finish line with zeal, embodying the spirit of perseverance to help kids at their selected charity, Reflect Kindness. This year’s Walk brought laughter, connection, and, most importantly, meaningful contributions to the lives of children near and far. What an incredibly positive finish they had, with more than their initial goal.
Carlsbad
Look out, world—here they come

The Carlsbad team wrapped up another successful Walk, raising monies to support Vista Teen Outreach, and we can’t help but tip our hats to their efforts. For three years they’ve built on this important community partnership that brings food pantries into local schools, providing ‘no questions asked’ staples to the neediest kids. Can’t wait to see what you do next year. Their support doesn’t just fill bellies; it fills students with hope.
