Upgrade to Track and Trace

 

Upgrade from Order Tracking to our new and improved order status and tracking eService, Track and Trace.  

Track and Trace includes enhanced functionality to monitor real-time order status, order history, and to download invoices.

Order Tracking

Roche customers can use the Track Your Orders tab to view:

  • Open Orders 
  • Shipped Orders  (last 30 days) 
  • Back Orders  (with revised estimated delivery)

Go to the Track Your Orders tab to view your current and past orders. You must have your Roche customer account number available. 

Order Notifications

Click the Sign Up for Notifications tab and complete the form to request email notifications for:

  • Order Acknowledgments  (confirmation that your order has been placed)
  • Advanced Shipment Notifications  (expected shipping date) 
  • Order Status  (carrier tracking number and delivery date)

After you have submitted your request, we will process it and you will begin receiving emails within a few days.

Please note that when you subscribe to Advance Shipment Notifications and Order Acknowledgments, you will receive email notices for every order you place with Roche Diagnostics.
