The product is designed for fast and reliable purification or size selection of 1 ng to 5 μg DNA/RNA in a single reaction. KAPA HyperPure Beads is compatible with manual processing or automated liquid handling and enables efficient recovery of input DNA/RNA in both formats. For purification and size selection of DNA/RNA, the KAPA HyperPure Beads buffer includes an optimized concentration of PEG/NaCl—a crowding agent designed to drive DNA/RNA molecules to the beads for binding. The volumetric ratio of KAPA HyperPure Beads to sample is the critical factor in determining the size distribution of DNA/RNA fragments retained by the beads.
