Enzymatic digestion using ISH Protease 1 removes cross-linking of proteins to ensure that the probe of interest reaches its target DNA or RNA sequence.1 ISH Protease 1 is a high activity enzyme formulation that cleaves proteins in the formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue section, exposing the target nucleic acid sequence for hybridization by the probe.
